Mugwa Bitrus Kambasha is a graduate of the College for Legal Studies Yola and the University of Maiduguri, where she obtained a Diploma in law and a Degree in 2004/2015 respectively. She attended the Nigeria Law School Lagos Campus where she passed the Bar part II qualifying examination and was formally admitted into the Nigeria Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2016. She’s an associate with the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and also a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA).
Mugwa Bitrus Kambasha has over a decade of experience in debt recovery and asset tracing, litigation, Corporate Law, Compliance and Regulatory Matters, Contract Enforcement and Negotiation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), humanitarian law, and a Specialist in transitional justice. She has advocated/represented various organizations and individuals, providing exceptional legal representation and recovering of debts.
